Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using RiseMove — AI Coach. By downloading, installing, or using RiseMove, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using RiseMove, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
RiseMove is a multi-sport fitness tracking and AI coaching application that helps users track walks, bike rides, runs, and swims, and receive personalized coaching recommendations from Hank, our AI coach. The app connects to Strava and Apple Health to enhance coaching insights.
RiseMove offers two tiers of service:
A 30-day free trial of Premium is available to new users with no credit card required. After the trial, Premium features require a paid subscription.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store account settings.
We do not process payments directly. All billing is handled by Apple or Google and is subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
IMPORTANT: RiseMove is a fitness tracking and coaching tool. It is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Hank's coaching recommendations are general fitness guidance only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort and seek medical attention.
By using RiseMove, you acknowledge and accept that physical exercise involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
RiseMove allows you to share completed activities to a Friends feed, add personal notes, and react to friends' activities. By sharing content through the app, you grant RiseMove a limited license to display that content within the app to your connected friends.
You agree not to post content that is false, misleading, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or violates any applicable law.
RiseMove integrates with the Strava API to import your activity data. Your use of Strava data within RiseMove is subject to Strava's own Terms of Service and API Agreement. Connecting Strava to RiseMove is optional and you may disconnect at any time.
You agree not to:
RiseMove and all content, features, and functionality — including the Hank AI Coach, design, logos, and software — are owned by Paul Russell and RiseMove AI Coach and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RISEMOVE AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiseMove, its developer, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings or by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of RiseMove after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
