Delete your account in the app
Open RiseMove™ and go to:
You → Settings → Delete Account
Follow the in-app confirmation steps. Account deletion is permanent and may remove your profile, app settings, activity history, shared activity content, friend connections, Hank™ history, and related account data where applicable.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email paul@risemoveapp.com with the subject line:
Delete RiseMove™ Account
- Include the email address or username associated with your RiseMove™ account.
- State that you want your RiseMove™ account deleted.
- We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request before deletion.
Information that may be deleted
- Account profile information.
- Activity history and movement records.
- Hank™ coaching history associated with your account.
- Posts, comments, reactions, photos, and shared activity content where applicable.
- Friend, follow, and sharing relationships.
- App preferences and identifiers associated with your account where feasible.
Information that may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, technical logs, de-identified analytics, or other legitimate business purposes permitted by law.
