Turn Apple Health workouts into a clearer next move.

RiseMove can use eligible workouts and activity information you choose to share through Apple Health to create a more complete picture of recent movement.

RiseMove 1.2 with Apple Health and Apple Watch workout support

What RiseMove can import

With your permission, RiseMove can import eligible workout summaries and supported activity information available through Apple Health. That may include workouts recorded by Apple Watch, Apple Fitness, iPhone, and compatible apps or devices that write supported data to Apple Health.

Imported workouts can appear alongside RiseMove-tracked activities in Activity History, giving the app more context without requiring you to manually recreate every session.

How the information supports your Daily Signal

Recent movement matters when deciding whether today fits harder training, controlled progress, easy movement, recovery, or restoration. Approved workout context can help RiseMove understand recent activity and provide a clearer explanation for the Daily Signal.

RiseMove does not treat one workout or one number as the whole answer.

Your check-in, goals, recent movement, and available activity context work together. The result is decision support—not a diagnosis or guarantee.
